Draft Vision  - This is the introduction to the Master Plan and gives the rest of the Plan drive and direction.  The Draft Vision was created in early 2007 by the Delaware County Fair.

Previous Master Plan -This is the overall map of the goals from the previous Master Plan done in 1997.  Most of the goals remain unfulfilled in 2007.

OverallGoals-short -These represent the short term (1 to 5 years) Draft Goals for the entire Fairgrounds.  The Goals were put together in early 2007 by the Delaware County Fair based upon previous unfulfilled goals that still have merit, projects currently being developed, and comments from several stakeholders and noteworthy users of the Fairgrounds. 

Over all Goals-long - These represent the long term (5 to 10 years) Draft Goals for the entire Fairgrounds.  The Goals were put together in early 2007 by the Delaware County Fair based upon previous unfulfilled goals that still have merit, projects currently being developed, and comments from several stakeholders and noteworthy users of the Fairgrounds. 

Area plan Map - The Delaware County Fairgrounds stretches over approximately 170 acres.  Therefore, the Fairgrounds was divided into eight (8) specific Area Plans based upon an existing conditions analysis, previous master plan goals, and various comments.  Furthermore, each of the areas has their own unique character, building style, landscape setting, points of access, and history. 

The individual Area Plans have an existing conditions map and a future condition or goals map, which includes both short and long term goals.
