There were six incumbent board members that were elected for an additional three year term on November 1st. They were, in no particular order: Colleen Smith, Don Wolf, Don Howard, Dan Huffman, Tim Wood and Tom Wright. All six have been on the board for several years and have been strong participants in the business of the Ag Society.
The six were sworn into office by Delaware County Commissioner Tommy Thompson. Their terms will begin November 15, 2011 and expire November 15, 2014. They were voted into office by the Agricultural Society Members.
Registration for membership for the 2012 year is available at the Delaware County Fair Office starting December 1, 2011. The office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Members must be residents of Delaware County, must be 16 or older, and purchase the membership for $2.
