OFFICIAL RULES
CUSTOM LITTLE BROWN JUG BASEBALL JERSEY SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Custom Little Brown Jug Baseball Jersey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Ohio who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Directors, officers, employees, and agents of the Delaware County Agricultural Society (“Sponsor”), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and persons residing in their households, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time and ends on September 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (the “Promotion Period”).
Sponsor’s computer system shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry. Each method provides the same opportunity to win.
No purchase, payment, donation, event attendance, fair admission, or presence at the Delaware County Fairgrounds is required to enter or win.
Method A — Jug Social Ticket Entry
An eligible person who purchases a Jug Social ticket through Sponsor’s official online ticketing portal at: https://app.fairs.com/e/07f1a6a994534a03 during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
The purchase price of a Jug Social ticket is $50. The Jug Social ticket is admission to the Jug Social event and is sold independently of the Sweepstakes.
Purchasing more than one Jug Social ticket will not provide an entrant with any additional Sweepstakes entries and will not increase the entrant’s chances of winning.
Method B — Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
An eligible person may enter without making any purchase or payment by visiting: https://app.fairs.com/e/5601b62bc254465c during the Promotion Period and completing and submitting the free Sweepstakes entry form with the requested information, including the entrant’s full name, email address, and ZIP Code.
A properly completed free entry receives one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Entries submitted through Method A and Method B have equal status, equal weight, and an equal opportunity to win.
The free entry method shall be disclosed clearly and conspicuously wherever Sponsor advertises or promotes the Sweepstakes in connection with Jug Social ticket purchases. Sponsor intends that the free entry method be readily noticeable and reasonably accessible and not obscured by the purchase method.
4. ENTRY LIMIT
Limit one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person during the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.
Each entrant may use only one email address to participate.
An entrant who purchases one or more Jug Social tickets and also submits a free AMOE entry will receive only one (1) Sweepstakes entry.
Purchasing additional Jug Social tickets, submitting additional entry forms, using multiple email addresses, or otherwise attempting to obtain more than one entry will not provide additional entries or improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
Sponsor may identify and remove duplicate entries before the drawing.
5. PRIZE AND ODDS
One (1) prize will be awarded:
Prize: One Custom Little Brown Jug Baseball Jersey.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $300.
The prize is nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No cash alternative will be provided.
Sponsor reserves the right, if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, to substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other charges arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about September 24, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from a single combined pool containing all eligible entries received through both methods of entry.
Each eligible entry will have an equal opportunity of selection.
Sponsor may conduct the random selection by a physical drawing, computerized random-number selection process, or another reasonably reliable random-selection method determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor may also select one or more alternate winners in rank order at the time of the drawing.
Sponsor may maintain a written or electronic record of the drawing, including the number of eligible entries, the date of the drawing, the method used, and the identity of the selected winner and any alternates.
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information submitted with the entrant’s entry.
The potential winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before receiving the prize.
If a potential winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours after Sponsor’s attempted notification;
- is determined to be ineligible;
- declines the prize; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the potential winner will forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may award the prize to the next previously selected alternate.
7. OPTIONAL MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Entrants may separately choose to receive promotional emails, event information, discount offers, and other marketing communications from the Delaware County Agricultural Society.
Consent to receive marketing communications is entirely optional and is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.
An entrant’s decision to opt in or opt out of marketing communications will not affect the entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning.
Any marketing consent presented in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be separate from the act of entering and shall not be preconditioned on participation in the Sweepstakes.
Entrants who elect to receive marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and with Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes, which shall be final to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant whom Sponsor reasonably determines has:
- attempted to obtain more entries than permitted;
- submitted false or misleading information;
- manipulated, interfered with, or attempted to interfere with the entry or drawing process;
- used automated or fraudulent means to enter; or
- otherwise violated these Official Rules.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or improperly submitted entries; unavailable websites; interrupted internet or telecommunications service; technical failures; or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that interfere with the submission, transmission, receipt, or processing of an entry.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, error, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, where reasonably practicable, award the prize through a random drawing from eligible entries received before the impairment occurred.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to require an entrant to make a purchase or payment to obtain an entry or become eligible to win.
9. RELEASE AND PUBLICITY
To the extent permitted by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising directly from the winner’s acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and prize information for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any legal proceeding arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Delaware County, Ohio.
11. WINNER INFORMATION
The name of the winner may be obtained after the prize has been awarded by submitting a written request to Sponsor at the address below.
Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the drawing.
